By using ConnectIE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

ConnectIE is a local service discovery platform for the Inland Empire region of Southern California. It connects residents with local service providers. ConnectIE is not a party to any service agreement between residents and providers.

3. User Responsibilities

Residents agree to provide accurate information when submitting service requests. Providers agree to represent their qualifications and services honestly. All users agree to treat others with respect.

4. Provider Listings

Some listings on ConnectIE are sourced from public directories and have not yet been claimed by the business. These listings are marked as "Unclaimed." ConnectIE does not guarantee the accuracy of unclaimed listing information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not post false reviews, impersonate others, use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation unrelated to local services, or attempt to circumvent the platform's safety features.

6. Limitation of Liability

ConnectIE is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses. Users engage service providers at their own discretion.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
