We minimize data for CA compliance. Unclaimed listings store only: business_name, google_place_id, google_address, google_type, base_city, service_radius_miles, avg_rating, total_reviews — all public Google Places data. No personal email/phone for unclaimed. Claimed listings add owner-provided bio, photos, license with consent.

Your Rights (CCPA)

Delete: Request deletion of your personal data or entire listing. Unclaimed public business data can be delisted upon owner request — we will remove within 15 days.
Correct: Fix inaccurate business info (address, category, city).
Opt-out: No sale of personal info. Ever. We don’t sell. IE-only.
Access: Request what data we hold about you.
